No Hidden Platform Fees

No percentage-based service fees, platform transaction fees, per-payment surcharges, or renewal fees. Your society keeps more of its dues.

Standard credit-card or ACH processing fees from providers such as Stripe still apply.

Are there transaction or renewal fees?

MeetingBloom does not add platform transaction, percentage-based service, or renewal fees. Standard payment-processing fees still apply.

Does setup cost extra?

Standard onboarding and one properly formatted member import are included. Complex migrations are optional.

Does it work with conference registration?

Yes. Members can verify their status and receive eligible registration rates automatically. Abstract management is connected too.

Can members manage their own accounts?

Yes. Members can update profiles and use supported self-service features.
