What’s included
Registration events: $6 per confirmed attendee, including abstract submission, peer review, project management, and a dedicated conference website. Abstract-only events: $6 per submission for abstract management. Membership software is an optional annual charge based on member count.
How is membership priced?
Up to 100 members: $6 each per year. 101–500: $5 each. 501–1,000: $4.25 each. 1,001–3,000: $3 each. The rate for your tier applies to all members. For more than 3,000, contact MeetingBloom.
When will my final count be known?
For registration events, your invoice reflects your actual confirmed attendees after the event. This calculator uses your estimate for planning.
Can I add registration later?
Yes. An abstract-only event can add registration later.
